Ordered at the drive thru window because I have a newborn and didn’t want to go inside. There was only one car in front of me at the window to pay/pick up. However no one was working the cash register. The car in front of me was waiting for awhile and no one came to help them. Over 5 minutes and still no one came out to even collect payment. I ended up just leaving. I can’t wait all day with s newborn in the car.

Very rude customer service. I asked the worker who was serving me (some older man with an accent) to check the balance on my gift card and he said he couldn’t. I don’t know if this is true or not but he was very rude about it because I was confused why he couldn’t. I then proceeded to order and he was still giving me attitude. I asked for assorted munchkins and only got glazed and the hash browns were terrible. Will not be going back very upsetting experience.
