Yesterday June 17 was my birthday and I treated myself to a nice breakfast. I ordered the 2 egg with home fries platter with pork roll. My food was delicious. The food was made with love and so much flavor. You have the option of sitting inside or outside while watching and listening to the ocean. The woman at the front desk was kind and added my cheese to eggs at no charge since I forgot and her daughter was lovely. They were very welcoming, accommodating and I have zero complaints. Not sure why the reviews are low for this place, but I recommend giving it a try because you will have a great experience. I hope to visit the restaurant again in the future. Thank you.

Spent a week visiting Pt. Pleasant and ate most of our meals at the Lido. New Management was great and made sure the food and service met all expectations. Especially of note were the dinners served Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. True Italian specialties! Certainly worth a visit.

My two daughters, two grand-babies and myself had breakfast at Lido Cafe on Sunday, June 25th. We ordered 3 different omelettes which came with home fries and toast. The omelettes and home fries were outstanding! Everything was fresh, and seasoned and cooked to perfection. The home fries were nice sized chunks of potatoes with little strips of sweet red pepper and onion. The children’s breakfast were enough to feed an adult. Fresh brewed coffee was the best I’ve ever tasted. Very friendly and efficient staff. I do not understand the negative reviews. We have nothing but raves about Lido cafe and hope to return soon!

The Lido Café is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch & dinner, the food service and atmosphere is amazing overlooking the beach at the White Sands hotel in Point Pleasant Beach.
