App says ‘Delivery Not Available’ so I called and they said yes we can deliver. Ordered 4 sandwiches… One was just salami & cheese. Tipped the delivery person $10. Upon opening this sandwich (see photo) there was a whisper of salami and zero cheese. I drove the sandwich back to the store and received eye-rolls from the delivery person (who I had just tipped $10) when I asked for an un-ridiculous amount of meat and the cheese I ordered and paid for.

Really was upset the older woman who took my order was just plain rude. Was waiting in line and glanced down at my phone for a second or two and she was rudely waving her hands and rolled her eyes at me when I walked up to the register. I even apologized and she ignored me workers need a better attitude.

Try and order from this place several times just to be told they don’t deliver to me(even though I am right down the street). Ok so I drive to store during the store hours that is shown and they are closed. I understand if you are short staffed but if that’s the case then update your hours to show never open or just close the store and let your employees find jobs that will pay them better

Something about their DoorDash app is scammy, I ordered 2 hours ago and when I to go cancel it wouldn’t give me the option. It only said to call the store because they use their delivery drivers and not doordashers? So when I called they said someone picked it up but it never came. Don’t order online from them.

Love Jimmy John’s but on two separate occasions at this location (2/2 visits) I got wilty lettuce which stinks.. That is my only complaint food wise. Cashier’s are quick with order but not very chatty/friendly … Which I like at a restaurant. They also don’t update the app that your order is ready for pick up until night time and I had to go whenever I thought enough time had passed. Over all not impressed with the service or atmosphere at this location.

Three times now I’ve been called after ordering that they have no driver and are cancelling my order, or that its an HOUR AND A HALF wait for a sandwich because they only have one driver all day. Close this store. Its been a short staffed nightmare for months. Half my orders I never end up getting because you have no staff or are closed at noon on a weekday.

Do not trust this store with your business. Ordered delivery on door dash 2 weeks ago. Someone from the store immediately called me and said they didn’t have a delivery driver that night, so I asked them to cancel the order. 30 minutes later, I get a confirmation saying my order has been accepted and payment was processed. Tried to resolve it with door dash but they said the store handles all disputes directly. I call the store the next day and no one will answer the phone. So I drove there and there’s a sign saying they’re short-staffed and closed for the weekend. Spoke to someone on the phone a few days later and they said it takes 3-5 days to process a refund. Still no refund a week later. Spoke to someone on the phone again and they said they would contact their bank and issue a refund (this person was very kind and it seemed they genuinely wanted to help). Fast forward another week and still no refund. $80 charge…better believe I’m expecting that refund. Tried calling the store again and no one will answer the phone and door dash continues to tell me to resolve it with Jimmy John’s. Absolutely ridiculous having to jump through so many hoops to get a refund for an order I never received.
