I have no problem with the food. Krystal will be Krystal. My dilemma is this. All customers should be treated the same no matter what age, color etc. I was not even acknowledged upon entering this establishment but another lady came behind me and I thought the cashier wanted to kiss her. This particular cashier needs to let Chick-fil-A associates train her. They’re simply the best. I guess that’s why their lines are so long ALL THE TIME. It’s a PLEASURE just placing your order there. Workers were rude, food took forever, and when we finally got the food, it was cold, soggy and mediocre. We were told that if we wanted to add a fry on to our order that we would have to go back around and get in line again. It took over 20 minutes to get our food after we were told to pull up.

i go here often because there is never a line at drive thru. like nobody wants to go here, which is probably concerning and a telltale sign, but i guess i’m ok with that. i’ve gotten krystals (the burger) that were inconsistently made within the same batch. like the meat was dry and hard on one, or the bread was hard around the edges. but, generally they are consistently OK for what they are. i’ve also gotten really fast and really slow service as well as really friendly and f— you service. so, YMMV. again, i mostly only go here cause i don’t have time to wait on different mediocre food. nobody is fooling anyone with quality here.

It took us over 35 minutes to get our krystals, and the staff was standing around talking and laughing, and when they bring your food out to you, wellll let’s just say a turtle walks faster than the staff does, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! You if really care about your place of business, you need to check into it more, losing a lot of business! Maybe you think about doing the UNDER COVER BOSS AND EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF !!
