I kept hearing good things, so we had to try. Was skeptical at first related the different cuisines and trying to do all well. But was pleasantly surprised. Teriyaki chicken a little salty but still good. Chicken florentine very good. But the carna asada was the best. Will be back. Give it a try. Won’t be disappointed

I have never experienced a restaurant like Infusion. When I heard that they offered Mexican, Italian, and Assan cuisine, I was very, very skeptical…Jack of all trades?, I wondered. But amazingly, all three are remarkable! The chef has to be the hardest working chef in the business because each of these genres is presented without compromise: authentic, delicious, satisfying. Infusion is a family-run place in the truest (and best) sense of the word and the folks who take care of you are committed to an excellent experience.
