I’ve been coming here for a while and they are probably the best bagels. However, in the last two times, I’ve had soggy bagels. I’m not sure if they’re not drying off the work surface the bagels are prepared on, but the bottoms of the bagels are just soaked in water. A bagel and cream cheese shouldn’t be wet. This is a very easy fix. Unfortunately, these bagels with a perfectly blistered crust are just being ruined at the final step.

Best place in Northern California for bagels. Not only that, they have rotating fresh cream cheese using locally sourced ingredients (my favorite: summer’s roasted strawberry cream cheese ). They also make fantastic coffee drinks.

The Sunday ONLY Sticky Buns are to die for! ❤ Also love the sourdough Cinnamon Raisin bagels with Cinnamon Honey cream cheese. The texture is perfect! Slight crunch with a toothy bite. Love it! Love the Bagel Mill! I feel personally invested in their start-up success because their shop is gorgeous, their food is amazing and they have friendly service! ❤
