My first time ever ordering at this Popeyes and the food tasted really great. My only complaint was after waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive thru before getting to order- we received another person’s order when we finally got to the pickup window. I always check my food before leaving so that’s how I realized the mistake. We had to then parked in front of the building waiting for almost 30 minutes before an employee finally brought out our correct order to us (chicken wasn’t ready, they said). Checked my food and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the tiny packet of fries- there was hardly any fries in the bag (about 10-11 fries) and I paid $3.29 for that? Unacceptable. It was smaller than a typical small fries at any other restaurant. After all that waiting I was so disappointed. Was looking forward to having it after almost 2 years of not having any Popeyes.

Really turned it around. When it first opened they were terribly slow. 10-15 in drive thru easy. Now, so much quicker. Food was always great, just needed to figure out the pace. Can’t speak to atmosphere, I don’t go in.

I really like the food at Popeyes. The wait time in the lobby seems a bit long, about 20 minutes the last 3 times I’ve been there. Drive thru might be the better option if you’re in a hurry.

I see other reviews that are bad and I don’t get it. The people working the front counter were nice, happy and helpful. The restaurant was super clean. The food was amazing. I may never go back to that other Chicken place again.

The workers are trash. Instead of asking us to replace the drink because they were out of frozen lemonade they gave my driver water. Worst customer service in west Michigan, they refused to answer the phone. Such trash. Don’t bother wasting your money.

The food was good, fresh and hot. There seemed to be a lot of confusion in filling orders. We waited about 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, fries, and a 3 tender meal with fries and mashed potatoes. There was only one other person in the restaurant! There were no straws near the pop station. Very disorganized, but when the food finally came, it was good.

Why does Popeyes offer online ordering then not prepare the items until arrival, while their online system indicates food will be ready upon arrival? If I wanted to sit in line, then go into the queue behind those already waiting and bypassed for drive thru orders, I wouldn’t place online orders. What a waste of my time. Service was lacking and disorganized, they weren’t keeping track of the pickup orders. One man arrived before me and they hadn’t even started his items, then said oh, he is here after all. Poor guy.

The worst service. Every single time. I don’t know why I bother with this locating. Waited in line for about 30 min just to order then… they told me my food would be out in 4 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. It’s 10:25 pm and I arrived at 9:05 pm. This is so late to feed the kids, absolutely the worst service I have gotten. I understand people get overwhelmed, but this is to much. Never again, thank you.

First time in 25+ years that we’ve stopped at a Popeyes. Very different than I remeber. The chicken is still good and the staff is nice. They forgot to include our sides, the restroom needs major repair and the drinks are small but still expensive.

Been here many times, love the food. Was about 3:30 p.m. today waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and it never moved so I decided to go in, the young girl who took my order at the counter was working her tail off taking orders for the drive-thru and putting orders together to go while another girl looked clueless standing by the food that was ready to be put to orders and at least three other people that I could see in the back just kind of meandering around all while this one girl was busting her butt to get orders out. I let her know that she was doing a great job I hope the owner of this establishment knows what a great employee that they have.
