I ordered the 6 piece boneless combo with the original hot flavor. What I received was pitiful looking. 5 “nuggets” with the tiniest bit of sauce. I called the restaurant and they apologized and told me to come back but I think I’ll just cut my losses and stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered ahead and by ahead I mean 30 minutes past fastest option, and still have to wait 30 minutes for my order!! Food was subpar at best! Staff were cursing at each other – the guys that just came onto his shift did more than the ones already there. This is my 2nd time giving them a chance and this Wingstop is the worst I’ve ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I got off of work after working a 12 hour shift, stopped by wing stop to pick up dinner… the bag they gave me only had one meal. I ordered and paid for 2 meals, (we live 30 min away) when my boyfriend called in to speak with the manager they basically did nothing and hung the phone up, this place is a joke, employees are a joke, don’t waste your time.

I have never had an experience with the waitstaff like I did here at wingstop. I came here from a Show Choir competition and my group wanted to eat at Wingstop. The man who attended us was super friendly and gave us free brownies at the end. 10/10 man I don’t remember your name but you are the coolest guy I know.

the chicken has been cold the past two times i’ve went there. the first time I went and they were cold the guy said “no they shouldn’t be cold they just came up” lies. they felt like they had been sitting out for awhile, so he remade them for me which was nice of him. The second time i went food was cold once again, and it was a big order. Fries are always cold. customer service is terrible. I don’t know what’s going on with this place because they used to be good, but now they’re trash. 10/10 don’t recommend!

This is by far the worst food place in Martinsburg. They take 45 minutes per order-tell people as they walk in that their wait is going to be 45 minutes so people walk right out. The only people that wait are those who order online and have no choice because they have already paid for their order. I walked right out and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered 20 delicious wings 3 flavors for 25$ – greeted nicely – wings ready in 10 minutes. Thank you Wingstop for not wanting my business!

my first experience at wing stop and my LAST. i got everything well done and it was all soggy and barley had any sauce on the strips. my fries weren’t done either and were soggy. i was missing my side of nacho cheese as well. Almost $50 for nothing. Also, the service was GOD AWFUL.

this place stops taking orders an hour before close. Rejected our walk in order. Never answer phone, 90 mins quoted two different times to get a $25 order of chicken wings. I hope the owner of the franchise knows what’s happening at this location cause something weird is going on. Idk what but it’s like they’re all teenagers and don’t want to work a little later at night. If this is all happening because they’re not motivated to work because they’re not being treated fairly or paid enough, I would have a collective meeting across the area to gain general consensus to establish consistency. Yea it’s chicken wings but it’s a market that people are willing to pay for and they are also running a business, this calls for standards and consistency. People love chicken wings that’s a fact, but they don’t like inconsistencies with businesses.

First time to a Wingstop and probably the last time. Food quality was very poor and the highlight of the meal was the French fries. Something was leaking from the kitchen into the dining area, coke cola machine was malfunctioning and only one of the workers acted like they care about the customers.

Came in just to get some fries. Simple order, there was a big guy in the kitchen high as a firework on the 4th. Slumped over, slurring his words, not able to have a clear conversation. He almost knocked stuff off the counters a few times. He was so high it was hysterical. It looked absolutely ridiculous. I will not shop here again as long as he is there making a fool of himself. The Door-dasher next to me said this was a normal night for her a Wingstop.
