Been ordering from here a few times a month for the last year. Today food was mediocre at best and the service is awful lately. We waited on hold 5 minutes before we were able to place our order. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived in 30 minutes and then waited another 25+ minutes before getting our food. When we pulled in, only one other vehicle ahead of us but 4 other cars pulled in after us, got their food before we did. The woman taking payments and running food to the cars was rude. She chatted with someone for a solid 10 minutes but rolled her eyes at having to process our payment. No apology for our wait either. Seems like minimal customer service skills are not an expectation at this business. The food is not good enough to overlook the poor service we received. Will absolutely not be back.

Loveeeee Rhondos!! This is a must try pizzeria..they make all their doh fresh n from scratch!! And its delish!! no premade/frozen etc. Try the cheese bread and garbage pizza it is …always a fav place to go when in the area. I should mention: They only do call in/over the phone orders tho, in which u pull up and they come out to your car for payment and to bring your food to you..the inside is no longer open to the public. This has not hurt their business at all n is def not a problem for us either as we typically always got it to go anyways. Speaking of business…call ahead on Friday and Saturday evenings bc they normally are very busy on these days n wait times are typically longer.

Was not sure if open. Sign said open but door said do not enter. Found out only call in for food. Set on table outside. Had a garbage pizza and Taco salads. They were good and we will order them again.

First time customer ! Exceeded our expectations. This is a TRUE large pizza at a reasonable price. One of the better pizzas we’ve had in the greater knoxville area. Called in order this afternoon and pizza was ready in 20 minutes and employee was on the ball meeting us for curbside pickup. Happy (an understatement) to find REAL good food to eat (not a franchise)… especially in this small rural community. We’ve had to discontinue our business with a restaurant that serves pizza nearby because of repeated problems. We’ve now got our new spot
