We love vietnamese food and since moving to the area we found Pho 84. After a Google reccomendation we learned of Cafe Blvd & Bar. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was! As indicated by other reviewers we tried the Saigon wings and as you can see in the picture, they were too good to wait for a photo op! The combination fried rice is delicious as well. It is everything you want in fried rice; smoky and delicious. I had the rare beef and brisket pho. The broth is light and flavorful as expected from pho. I love the selection of foods as well. I can’t wait to try the Korean BBQ plate and softshell crabs. All in all, if you want great authentic Vietnamese food I would recommend Cafe Blvd and if you can make it out here, try Pho 84:)

The party is in back, and you’re not invited. Stood at counter for 5 minutes waiting for service. There was none. Dining room is dingy and dark. No music no TV. Food has been great on previous occasions, but owners don’t need our business, so I won’t go back any more.

The review below saying this is the best pho in the US is a bit of an exaggeration, we’ve had pho all over as well, it’s a go-to when you eat healthier. We are blessed in Greenville SC where we have some amazing pho places. This was pretty good, you could tell it was authentic and not some instant broth. Spring rolls were big and yummy too. The peanut sauce was warm which was really good. Place is a hole in the wall and not in the best neighborhood, floors were very sticky. Prices for spring rolls were good, pho was expensive 16 a bowl, but its authentic. Portion was large, my boyfriend and I could of split just one.

I don’t really review or rate restaurants all that often but I had to give Cafe Blvd & Bar 5 stars for there amazing food and service. The pho was so good and had a generous serving size. Thy was such a sweet server with a very bubbly personality. She made me feel very comfortable and at home. Would highly recommend to anyone!
