I came to Sandpoint on vacation, and found this cute little Thai place on Second, and loved the service and atmosphere. It made me feel like I was back in Thailand, as I travel there quite often. I loved all of the authentic decor, and picture of the Queen and King, when they were young. I ordered the chicken curry with egg rolls, and spring rolls as an appetizer, and it was very authentic and full of flavor. The service was excellent and the price was right for me. Pat, the owner came out and was very hospitable and kind, and I could see all of her employees, some thai and some local, enjoyed working for her. I would reccomend this place to anyone. They also have a great beer and wine selection. Thanks Bangkok Cuisine, and the lovely owner Pat!!

We stopped by to “test” the Bangkok Cuisine with our Thai son (had been an exchange student who lived with us 9 years ago from Thailand– visiting us for the holidays) while traveling through Sandpoint. We were pleased and got an opinion of authentic Thai from a native of Thailand! We thought the food was delicious, well presented, and the people were very friendly. Will definitely stop again on our way through Sandpoint!

We ordered tom kha gai. There was no lemongrass or galanga and instead of lemongrass they had chives. It was kind of a disappointment.

Eh. You should go to the other thai restaurants in sandpoint. This place is nothing special. Service was incredibly slow. Every dish was either too sweet or too salty.
