I’ve lived down the road from this location and have given it my business for years. Lately, every time I order from the app, my order is never registered in their system. I had to drive to the location two time to find out that after 30-45 minutes of waiting, they didn’t even start my order. Also, whenever I walk up to the counter I’m automatically told that they are busy and won’t be able to make pizza for up to 30 minutes. Unless you wanna be treated like your a pain for giving a place business I wouldn’t come here. Wish I could give it less than 1 star.

I picked up my order last night that I ordered ahead through the Little Ceasar’s app. I ordered 1- 3 meat treat and 1- ExtraMostBestest Cheese. The 3 meat treat barely had any meat and the ExtraMostBestest Cheese had nothing but dough and tomato sauce. These were the worst pizzas ever. Also, the pizza’s were cold and even my 4 year old son came up to me and let me know that the crust was hard so we didn’t even end up finishing the cheese pizza.

Skudmonkey 2.0!
This Little Caesars is great for the most part! The employees are nice and the pizza portal makes picking up an order fast and convenient. I took off a star, because our pizzas were a little burnt and bubbly the last couple of times we’ve ordered from there, but it still tastes good. We really like the brownies and the sauce and cheese they use for the pizza. We’ll definitely go back there soon. 🙂

ordered through doordash they didn’t have my order, once the driver contacted me i tried to call them and no one answered. i called 4 times and stayed on the phone while it range for about 3 minutes each time. the phone number listed also doesn’t give instructions on how to contact the store it just says “did you know you can order online”. i had to cancel my order.

Always have to wait for a pizza when they should be “hot and ready” sometimes I’ll come in and they’ll say “they’re only taking online orders” which makes no sense at all. Definitely needs training done or something. Just a bunch of kids that couldn’t care less. Saw one guy walking around pretending to clean stuff when there’s people waiting for pizzas and one person making them I guess??

Bad customer service, the employees always seem so depressed and mumble when taking orders. They NEVER answer their phone calls. So you either gotta order online or in person. I’ve ordered from here about 4-5 times and each time I think it would get better. It’s either the same or worse ♀️ Today I ordered 4 extra most bestest pepperonis but we got regular pizzas. I don’t mind having regular pizzas, I’m just dissatisfied that I was charged more for something I could’ve gotten cheaper. I complained but the girl with the man bun(idk if she was the manager or not, because they are currently hiring for employees and manager spots) she told me each most bestest is different each time. They either put extra cheese or pepperoni. She didn’t see a problem with our pizzas and said they put more cheese on these pizzas. I don’t think that’s true because I’ve ordered these pizzas from different locations before and didn’t have this type of problem. It will be my last time ordering from here and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. They should’ve just charged me for regular pepperoni pizzas. The little Caesar’s in the south valley was wayyyyy better.

I always have problems with this store. Last night it was that I had ordered around 8pm and they didn’t put it in till 9pm. We didnt get our pizza till 915 and about 9 other people walked into the store and ordered and got their pizza before me. All I had was a stuffed crust and a hot and ready pepperoni.

Worst attitude’s ever!! Don’t waste your time. Little manager thinks she entitled to something she’s not. Ordered 10 pizza’s for the fire department and ended getting our money back and going to Pizza hut and when asked if she cared about Customer service she said nope not one bit.

I went to take my son. To get a pizza the cashier said they only taking cards because the manager said as they could not give out change. So guess there was no $0,47 in the whole store. So I had to take my 6 yr. Ols son out of there crying. Thanks Jerks.
