My service animal enjoys a mcdonalds hamburger as I enjoy a ice coffee almost daily. This place is a train wreck. The same owner has all restaurants for the next 40 miles east on I70 and they all have issues. Just today I ordered at the drive through with the same person taking orders for both lines. Get to the pay window and no one is available to take money. After several minutes the window is opened by a person that had on a very nasty shirt and hat. When I politely asked as how much longer was the wait going to be? She replied she had no idea because she was on break??? I had an appointment and decided to cancel and continue on. This store is NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF the McDonald’s company. There is nothing even fast. I have been the only car in line and directed to pull up and wait. We pass them up every chance we can. It isn’t convenient to completely stop using them so I will continue to document sub standard issues as they arise.

Not nearly as friendly or helpful. The young lady in training was nice, though instead of finding out answers to our questions, she just said she didn’t know and left it at that. Filet ‘O fish sandwich needed the tarter sauce actually on the sandwich instead of all over the box. On the plus side-they have blueberries and cream pies!!! Delicious
