Abelardo’s is a solid choice for Mexican fast food in the Omaha area. I only label the establishment as fast food because of convenience not as any reflection on quality. A really good assortment of protein choices. They also are open late for those late night runs. I recommend the steak super nachos with chorizo added. Street tacos are pretty good as well. It has never disappointed.

We did a huge order of churros (different filling options of raspberry, Bavarian cream or apple cinnamon). They are much better fresh then delivery/take out but really hood flavors and a nice crunch!

Abelardo‘s is a fantastic place to get breakfast. I always get a chorizo and egg burrito. The burrito is always hearty and humongous. It’s made fresh to order so it always comes out steaming warm. The flavors of the burrito like an explosion of flavor once it makes contact with your taste buds. The service is always prompt and the staff is always friendly. The prices are competitive and for the amount that you get most of the time there’s always leftovers for a later snack or meal. The facilities always kept up really well. It’s always clean and I’ve yet to see any trash debris on tables. Today I went through the drive-through and the service was fantastic.

It turned out that not all Abelardo’s are the same. This location is killing it. Consistent quality of service and food. As a bonus, it has more meat options for tacos. They always get my order right.

This is my favorite Abelardo’s in the metro. I dined into today for the taco Tuesday and it was incredible. Extremely nice and clean! Very nice hosts! I tried every salsa from the salsa bar and each are a 10, I’ll definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is the only resilient food servicer in Papillion who produces superior food and is able to stay open compared to competitors. The professionalism and service they provide at later hours is hands down the best service in the area. I am impressed with the ability to provide food for the third shift workers at a timely pace and quality product. Thank You!

If u don’t go through the drive thru they absolutely don’t care about taking care of u. Stood here for about 20 minutes waiting on quesidilla fries and a soda. Meanwhile these drive thru people are moving like no body’s business. Perhaps give the customers that actually come into your establishment the same service u provide for folks who couldn’t even be bothered to come inside.

Food was ok. Salsa is not fresh made salsa, it’s served in little packets. We got 2 meals and 2 tamales on the side. One of the tamales was extremely overcooked and when my hubs went to cut into it, it was as hard as a rock and shattered and fell all over our dining room table and floor. 100% unedible. That kind of made us feel like the food wasn’t safe that no one throws the food out after its been sitting in the warmers for so long. Even though the drive through was convenient, we personally wouldn’t order from there again. On a positive note, they sell Jarrittos sodas.
