Wow! This place has great breakfast food. I had the egg, sausage and cheese kolache, plus a fruit kolache (peach). My savory selection was such a delight with big pieces of sausage, well cooked egg, and a balanced cheese that didn’t overpower the whole thing. The fruit one was good, though the savory selections is where this place shines.

The Kolache Factory is a great place to try pastries stuffed with amazing food. I bought a variety dozen. My two favorite we’re the Philly Cheesesteak and brisket Kolache! It’s definitely a you have to visit when coming to Dallas for the first time or a local wanting to try to eateries.

Love the Kolaches, strudel, twists, and everything else. They give veteran’s discount. So popular they frequently run out of kolaches, but they make more. Also was told if you order before 11:30AM by phone they will make what you want and you can pick it up.

Food is good for breakfast, but they close early in midday and they are always filled. They started rewards system recently. I have tried spinach, egg and cheese, chicken enchilada and Italian chicken both croissant and kolache. All of them are good

This is a really different place that offers small little buns full of both savory and sweet stuffing. I’ve had both savory and sweet ones. I had a Philly cheese one which was very good. I also had several of the savory ones which are very good, they are mostly stuffed signalmen sort of cream cheese and fruit. They are baked right there and warmed when ordered.
