I usually don’t write bad reviews but yesterday just really did it for me. Right when I pulled up to the drive thru immediately the women taking my order was just not friendly at all, which usually doesn’t bother me at all I know sometimes people just have hard days. There were 2 cars in front of me and I probably waited 15 minutes before I got to the window. I get to the window and I pay for my drink and the woman at the window hands me a napkin and straw and the napkin is wet and had some brown substance on it (probably chocolate) and when I tried to ask for a new one the women just walked away from the window to eat her ice. Luckily though my drink was made good, I was really just annoyed with the way I was treated and the fact that I was handed a dirty napkin.

Going thru Drive thru, I questioned what the employee was asking me because I couldn’t understand and she was very abrupt. When I was paying I asked who I spoke to at the drive thru order window and I was told a name. I said she was very rude and abrupt and asst manager said it sounded mutual to me! Really, I said that I go there every week with my wife and have never had a problem until now! What ever happened to the “Customer is always right?” not in todays day and age! I was simply asking her to repeat what she said to me so that I didn’t order the wrong thing! NO WORRIES! I’ll never go back to the Eliot Store! PS Went to the DD website for Eliot and they make it virtually impossible to review or complain!

Not sure what’s going on at this location. Visited a handful of times, never had a good experience. Whoever owns this needs to take a serious look at it. No lights work or are not on, dirty on the inside. This is a prime location, even a little improvement in maintaining it would be beneficial.

Horrible customer service in the Eliot branch!!! I was the only person in line and stood there for over 3 minutes while everybody was talking to each other and looking at their phones. You just lost a customer that has been going there for a long time.
