Super beef 3 way is the move. Walked in for lunch on a Friday and the place was empty. No nonsense, one of the best beefs I’ve had in the North Shore. Massive portion, feel like I got 2 pounds of roast. Food quality blew my mind tbh, sometimes you can’t choose what side of saugy 1 you’re on when lunch hits, and today I’m glad I ended up here. Toasted onion roll was crisp, very surprising for a notoriously wet sandwich. Had to wash my hands after, great sign. Feel like I got enough iron in me to make me magnetic. Don’t sleep on Gio’s!

I’ve been ordering from Giovanni’s regularly for quite some time but never will again. The woman that answers the phone frequently gets my order wrong. This time she was incredibly rude about it and I had to fight to get my money back. Please replace her with someone with customer service skills.

Not good! I got a regular size roast beef ,with sauce cheese mayo, sandwich alone was $7, which I would be ok with if it was good. The roll was burned, and the beef was super well done and burned on the edges, when you over cook beef it gets dry, so if you want a $7 burnt dry sandwich then go here, otherwise avoid it, there are many roast beef places in the area that are great, try one of them instead.

The worst chick parm calzone ever! They use pressed chicken. I asked for my money back and the girl said I couldn’t get it back. So I asked for a replacement calzone, steak and cheese. It was very watery and it had very little steak. I had to throw it away. I will never order their food again.

Food is good.. but everytime my boyfriend and I order delivery, the girl who answers the phone is very rude. When trying to order something specific we get cut off. We typically pay with a credit card. Before we can ask to leave a tip, she hangs up. Never gives a total and a time frame of how long it will take.
