Wanted to try something different tonight, so Papa John’s was the winner to try. I tried their garlic parmesan wings. Ok, there not huge but they were very good, loved the flavor. I also tried their meatball and pepperoni paradise. Its ok, it’s nothing more then a small pizza folded over. Both tasted good but I enjoyed and recommend the garlic parmesan wings.

The employee that took my order over the phone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered within 30 mins. Hot, fresh and super yummy! We got the Super Hawaiian with Epic stuffed crust, The cheesy Alfredo with Epic stuffed crust and the jack o’ lantern pie for our Halloween festivities! Kids loved it!!!!

Workers were so rude when we came to pick up on April 30th around 9:30pm, people were slamming boxes with & without pizza in them that’s why I’m pretty sure they said my pizza had to be remade for no clear reason. Also as we were leaving the parking lot the girl at the counter stuck up the middle finger with both hands towards the window at us. Definitely the worst papa johns I’ve ever been too and I really hope management fixes these attitude problems from their company.

Called last night to get two pizzas and 32 wings never came bc the lady who took my food order sent it to Florida even though I called the one in Myrtle beach. When I called to get my money back today the assistant manager in training just kept giggling like it was funny. Nothing was funny

If i could give less than one star i would. Ordered BBQ wings. Delivered and was not BBQ but was Buffalo. Called and no one answered it just rang. Wife tried calling and finally spoke with someone who said he was a manager. I spoke with him and he put me on hold and then hung up on me. Called back. Told me he was out of wings. Told him i didn’t care just send something my kids would eat because they can’t eat buffalo because it is too spicy. Said he would give me a gift card and to come get it. Told him i did delivery for a reason i am not coming to get it. If he is going to deliver a gift card he can deliver food. Said he only has two delivery drivers. Told him they (the store) are the ones who messed up the order that i am not driving up there. He hung up on me again. Called a third time and spoke to Chris because so called manager would answer the phone. Told Chris if i got hung up on again i would be showing up in person and would not end well for the manager. He put this so called manager on the phone again. Told me he didn’t hang up on me. Replied why did i call back and on a different phone. He replied he had customers in the store to deal with. Said he would TRY to send 15 poppers in BBQ in its place. Said that is fine i just wanted something my kids would eat. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR MY KIDS TO EAT. Filed a complaint with customer service and was told the GM would call me. Still waiting.

Hey there are you in Myrtle Beach and looking to buy a new tire for your vehicle then stop for pizza at Papa John’s. They are friendly and the food is good unfortunately the parking lot need some attending. They got a pretty killer pothole out there and when it’s raining you can’t see it until you’re in it. You got to love taxpayers money at work.
