I wouldn’t rate this place a single star! LADY in the front was very rude instantly telling us we could not bring water from the outside ( Including a cup of fruit) She instantly started stating we had to leave the water we purchased and fresh fruit right next to the register when it’s so hot and she kept saying we had to leave the water by the register and giving us a attitude. We then asked nicely if we could a least leave the fresh fruit we had bought in there soda refrigerator and she instantly starting yelling and saying NO, Once we sat down to eat food was not cooked right. My partner went to go use the restroom and came back saying the door was lock and right by the door there was a big sign saying restroom was only for customers that were eating in the dining area and my partner had to go up to the register and ask to see if it was out of order, as he was told no that they had to unlock the door themselves which is so unprofessional and just very upsetting because they should leave the door unlocked for the customers who purchased from the restaurant.

I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star. This place is very unprofessional and rude. My family and I decided to give this place a chance and support their small business. My mom was ordering our food as my dad and I stepped aside to not be in the way of the others next in line. My dad went to wash his hands before we sat down and he was instantly yelled by this male worker there demanding to know where he was going, my dad simply explained he was going to the restroom and the man continued to yell at my dad over a restroom. It is not professional to treat a paying customer that way. I understand they may have problems with others using their establishment for just the restroom but we made it clear that this was not the case. We explained multiple times to that man how we were PAYING CUSTOMERS who simply needed to use the restroom. Its ridiculous I do not recommend this place.

We bought a burrito Verde yesterday and as soon as we paid we left forgetting to pick up our order. We tried calling them but they had no phone number available,so we came today and they didn’t gave us a receipt, they wouldn’t give us the borrito. Worst part they don’t even use gloves and I saw none of them wash there hands. I think they should start giving receipts and start making food more hygienic. If nothing changes I’ll contact the health department my self
