Just left this establishment, got all the way home, take the chicken out and this was at the bottom. Not sure what it is, it look like they cooked this blue thing with the chicken. I don’t live near so I was not taking this back. It’s very sad that this is my second time having a issue with this store. I was fortunate the first time I had a situation I needed gas from across the street so I was able to look at my food and see that they gave me someone else order, BUT THIS RIGHT HERE TAKES THE CAKE. My money wasted,I had to throw it all in the trash. Thanks kfc for ruining my dinner,taking my money, destroying my evening. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Waited 1/2 hour before someone help me and then they only came when i stated to complain how they walked pass me and another customer 5 time.. then the manager said they only have 3 workers..which he should not have been manager if he dont know how to use 3 people and get the job done..one on window , one helping the window persone. The other on the front helping the customers coming in..there main focus was Drive though all 4 working that and the inside just getting backed up….the chicken most of the time was not done. They shorted me chicken twice were i had to come all the way back because the prices is so high i want all my chicken..The only thing that is good was the slaw.

I think they’ve changed the recipe for the chicken, it doesn’t have any taste, no seasoning at all, you have to put plenty of hot sauce on your chicken. Macaroni and cheese is really watery. It should be removed from the menu.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken and only got 6 pieces. The part I got was fine but I was ripped off for the charge. I tried calling and nobody ever answered. I never got the plates I requested either.

Some of my order was wrong or missing items. The drive thru employee had me sit away from the window till my food was ready I guess that was an attempt to keep their wait timer down. The manager and drive-Thru employee argued with the windows open when I was waiting for my receipt. I have eaten here before and the food is good but their service this day very questionable.
