We didn’t get part of our delivery order. When I called the store to tell them, after putting me on hold for several minutes, the woman who answered the phone told me I hadn’t been charged for those items. In fact, however, when I checked my debit card statement, I had been charged for all of them. This is the second time we’ve had this happen at Star Pizza. The quality of the food is also just not what it used to be. The Mediterranean pizza we once loved is now very bland, the garlic rolls are dry and tough, and the salad greens are watery and poorly prepared.

Will charge you for a tip and not tell you. Then you double tip. Do not let that happen to you. They make excuses when you catch them. This establishment is not telling the truth and intends to rip you off.

Mediocre pizza, definitely not worth the prices. Just got coupons in the mail and they said they would honor it but didnt. Very friendly delivery driver but not a very friendly manager. I won’t be ordering there anymore

Mohammed (the owner) was so kind to me today when the dry cleaners next door unexpectedly closed early and my family’s Easter clothes were still inside; not a good thing when tomorrow is Easter. He owns the building and was able to let me in to pick my clothes up with the owner of the dry cleaners on the phone. He offered me a free pizza for my trouble and I graciously accepted. The pizza was so very tasty and was a welcome and unexpected treat for my family. We will be patronizing Star Pizza regularly from now on. Thank you Mohammed!!

Mohammed is the best!!! I have been going to Star Pizza for over 20 years, I have always been so thankful to have such a kind hearted soul to order my food from. Day at the pool? Got it, call Mohammed. Hard day working in the yard, call Mohammed. Friday night/Movie night, call Mohammed. I would highly recommend Star Pizza.

Worse experience from a pizza store. I ordered because it was only 0.8 miles away. Kids were hungry. Ordered online at 6.39. When 40 minutes passed they were called. Then again called 1 hour later. Both time the guy who received the phone lied that pizza is one the way. After 1.30 hr another guy received phone and then said pizza was not prepared. They will be ready soon. Driver arrived half an hour later. I did not blame the Driver because he said he got it few minutes back. I will never order there. Sharing this experience and I also sent this note to the store manager.

Been a customer for 15+ years. They have good pizza but are no longer able the honor their word on when the pizza is delivered or available for pick up when you call. Only order if you have and extra hour from when they say.
