Their delivery service this night was a bad experience for me…The delivery driver failed to contact me about my delivery as well as trying to get into the complex properly. I was watching the app tracker the whole time looking at where she/he was. If they were having issues finding the right complex or using and or using the gate code properly they could have easily contacted me. Even though the complete address, gate code and phone number was given for the delivery in the first place. I never received at call, text, email regarding an issue with my delivery. I HAD to contact them to get an understanding of where my food was at.

We got delivery last night (Thur 2/9/2023) and got a little surprise! My son who is 3 and very independent wanted to go outside to the porch on his own to meet the delivery guy and get the pizza. I stood at the door and watched, knowing my son couldn’t carry both the drink and pizza I went on to the porch to grab the drink. As me and my son are walking back inside my son yells to the delivery guy “thank you, I love you!” So the delivery guy yells back “I love you too!” After we get inside and get the pizza on the counter we heard a knock at the door! To our surprise it was the delivery guy! He came back to give my son $1. My son was on cloud 9 the rest of the night. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I wanted to say thank you for your compassion and act of kindness!!!!

We tried this Domino’s (3190 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA) because the store in Watkinsville (GA) SKIMPS TERRIBLY on toppings! The Atlanta Hwy Domino’s made Our pizzas So MUCH better! They actually put a lot of toppings on their Specialty Pizzas — like they should! We Highly Recommend this Domino’s Store! It is worth the drive for getting toppings on our pizzas!

I always order from dominos , today I placed a online order for delivery a large pizza so I can have it delivered to my apartment I waited one hour for one pizza I checked my status to see if it was out for delivery and it said it has been delivered I checked outside my apartment and nothing I walked around to see if I see the pizza car and nothing , I called the Manger and told them what happen he said well if you want another you would have to wait or you can get your refund I respond so I have to wait another hour for my pizza to be delivered and still pay he said well yea I was like that’s unbelievable and he hanged up on me I called again and he said I refund your money and hanged up again that’s so rude never has that happen to me I always order there but this Manger was soo rude !

I placed a delivery order last night about 10:30 and apparently the store cancelled my order soon as I put it in. If the order wasn’t possible because they was short of help, I feel they should’ve called me and that way I would’ve had time to order something else. I was waiting and waiting and when I called the store, they would pick up the phone and hang up. I personally don’t care for Domino’s, my boyfriend is the one who wanted it.

I usually get good food and decent delivery times from the store in Athens but lately have been getting terrible delivery times (over and hour). Tonight, the tracker showed my pizza was done within 15 minutes but hadn’t shown up within an hour so I called the store. I was told it’d be at least another hour because they have one driver. I understand being short staffed but communication will go a long way. But instead, they had intended on leaving my pizza out for almost 2 hours before delivering and not telling me it would take that long. That’s not okay. If you’re short staffed, call the customer to make sure they’re okay with that kind of wait time BEFORE you make their food.
