In the past, I’ve really enjoyed and depended on the food at this Blue Water during my lunch hour. But after today, I will not be back. The food tasted off this time and when I inspected it closer, there were little bits of black chunks in it. I’m pretty sure the guy working the grill scraped a bunch of old fat and carbon off the grill into my food,. He had brushed he dirty range top right before making my food and the debris was still in a pile on the grill as he was cooking my order. I don’t know how a bunch of it ended up in my food and don’t much care. I’m pretty done.

The BEST tacos I’ve had in WA to date! The carnitas tacos are so flavorful and generously portioned. The corn tortillas are so delicious too. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu. Very satisfied and happy customer. Also, the staff is super friendly.
