We arrived at this restaurant for lunch a little after they opened and assumed that everything would be hot and fresh, it also took a while for the employees to even acknowledge us standing in the line. After arriving home we noticed our food was cold and nothing was fresh. We contacted the store manager and explained the wait and the coldness of the food, the manager invited us back when she would be present and promised prompt service, fresh food, and great customer service. Even she let us down ♀️This could all be due to the fact that this is a new location and they have to find a groove, but this is a national chain.

None of the employees in the drive through know what they are doing. I’m disappointed everytime I come here in one way or the other. Something is always missing from my order and the wait is always 10+ minutes even when there are no cars in the drive through. Today for example, I asked before leaving the drive through if the items I listed were in the bag. Then I pulled away to check it. I was missing both items. They also close way earlier than they are supposed to some nights and won’t serve you if you get there 45+ minutes before they close.

I bought two kids meals because my daughter wanted to try Panda Express. Two teriyaki cub meals with chow mein and super greens. When I got home I had dry chicken and noodles with zero greens. I called to talk to the manager and they informed me you have to ask for teriyaki sauce and the super greens was my fault during ordering. When they offered to replace the vegetables I said don’t worry I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN! Thank you for the disappointment and from my daughter’s reaction shewill not eat there again. So, that’s two generations of lost customers.

I’ve been eating at Panda Express locations for over 10 years all over the country and was so excited to see a brand new one was going in 5 minutes from my house. An empty dining room, parking lot, and drive thru on a Saturday evening at 6pm when every other nearby restaurant is packed should be your sign with this one.

I tried to become a General Manager for a Panda Express in Madison. I was rejected because the interviewer was too busy being passive aggressive trying to “piece together” my experience instead of questioning how I would be a great fit. Which could’ve been prevented if they actually read my resume and didn’t conduct a MASS interview with hundreds of people on Zoom. Lol

I went to this location today for the first time. You could definitely tell the staff was having a hard day, but luckily y’all have Edward. Edward was working the drive-thru and even though the ice machine wasn’t working, it would 5 minutes on our orange chicken and y’all no longer serve mellow yellow, he probably saved a lot of customers for you today. Sometimes people don’t realize the quality of who they have working for them so you should know, and everybody else should too. If y’all had a store full of Edwards, you wouldn’t need anybody else. He deserves a paid day off and a raise or even a promotion. As regional manager myself, I’ll be coming back to offer him a job and I’m willing to pay him the highest rate that I could possibly afford. You should know today and every day the quality of this young man you have working for you and I truly hope that you show him the proper appreciation he deserves EVERY SINGLE DAY.
