A decent location and atmosphere. Foods were way too spicy. I like spicy food but the dishes we ordered with medium heat were too spicy that we barely ate. You might want to consider no heat or mild heat. The yogurt and spice sauce was runny and had an off taste.

The food here was pretty good, The atmosphere is mediocre at best. The ac is not running and they served us warm water in plastic bottles. We ate the mixed veg pakoras which are delicious, the tikka masala with shrimp which was good but felt skimped on the shrimp, the chicken Manchurian which was ok, and the bullet naan which was good but too many peppers, go for the garlic naan. Over all we probably won’t be back especially with no ac and serving warm water. The staff kinda ignores you too, we sat for like 10 minutes waiting to get the check and another 10 for them to pick it up even though we were clearly ready to go and they weren’t busy at all.

We came here for dinner. The food was delicious and spicier than we would have liked. The sauce of the tikka masala was so good that I dipped the naan and ate it by itself. However, they didn’t have some of the items like the pomfret fish and mango lassi. The service wasn’t that great so it’s better to order takeout.

The experience I had at Spice Grill and Bar was unfortunately disappointing. While I had high hopes based on the restaurant’s reputation the overall dining experience fell short.

We really enjoyed this place. We had the Chicken Curry, Tikka Massala, and the Chicken Briyani. All were good. Service was slow. Place was nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place right in the heart of San Antonio downtown serves very tasty Indian food – both veg and non- veg.

Very slow service. Be careful when ordering your spice level. I ordered medium spicy level and it was super hot. Paneer Tikka Masala was okay 5/10. Samosas were 7/10.

Ordered online, Masala Chai, received a can of coke. Ordered Rice Kheer, received Ras Malai. Two orders of Tandoori Chicken arrived as just a container of chicken. No mint chutney, lemon, onion or lettuce. Other than the missing sides the tandoori was good. Ordered lamb Tikka masala. Which my BF said was delicious. Also, only ONE order of rice with 3 entrees. Kind of expect a side of rice with every entree when ordering Indian food. That’s how it usually comes when we’ve ordered from other restaurants. This would be a five star if we received what we actually ordered.
