Called to order a pizza on 09/30/2016 at 11:30pm. No one answered the phone…called again and let the phone ring 30 times. No answer. So we went to the store in person. One cashier and one person working in the pizza area. The lady in the pizza are was making one pizza. Customers were lined up. They were trying to get her attention. She was totally ignoring them. I went to the cashier and asked to order a pizza. She said they were backed up and I would have to wait. No Casey’s I do not have to wait….you just lost my business tonight and the 3 other people that walked out behind me because you do not know how to manage your staffing levels. Horrible customer service. Do they not have a manager to call in when they have staffing issues?
