For my first time it was ok. Could they have made it any sloppier, I’m sure they could have. I asked for extra meat and got a attitude. The girl says ,” that’s extra” , no sh!t. Nothing’s free. Charge me and move along. It was delicious and fillings. 5 stars for the food. Service was a 4 and the atmosphere was great. No napkins to be seen.

This is my first time going to Chipotle and I was not disappointed I got 3 soft Tacos with barbacoa and I got a Mexican Coca-Cola which wasn’t anything special but I thought I would try. I will definitely be trying other options there as well.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here! The workers are amazing, the girl with colored hair and piercings is always the sweetest and so patient! I’m a very picky eater and when she’s there she always takes her time with me and my son! Never been to a location before where the workers remember people so well. I’ve only been there 3 times and she noticed when I dyed my hair! Was so sweet. The cashier with the glasses too is also the sweetest! So friendly and chatty. It seems like food runs out a lot but some of these workers are just a pleasure to see.

I’ve never loved going to this location because it’s always hit or miss. Tonight we ordered through the app and picked it up in the drive thu. I didn’t look at my bowl until I got home, and I was given a bowl of meat. There was about 1/5 the amount of rice, very minimal beans, and very minimal peppers. The entire bowl was meat and cheese. I called to speak with the manger of this location. After I spoke with the first employee and asked to speak to the manger, I heard the employee say “Oooo, they want to speak to the manger.” Followed by the employees laughing, as well as the manger as she was picking up the phone. I’m not sure if they thought it was on hold, but it wasn’t. The manger was apologetic and offered to re-make the bowl if I returned. Since that wasn’t an option, she wrote my name in a book that they keep at the register so next time I go I will get a free bowl. I will not be back.

Came here an hour and a half before close and they were out of several items (no hard shell tacos, no white rice, no steak, no veggies, no sour cream, no cheese). The kid who just made my bowl was rude and has no manners at all, says “out of that” and “what do you want” when asking customers what they would like to order. After telling me he they were out of white rice he proceeded to ask the next four customers “white or brown rice… This place has completely fallen down hill over this summer – i’ll drive to victor to get food next time rather than paying full price for the amount of food in 1/2 a bowl that had no more than 1/4 cup rice in it. Will be filling a report with corporate this place is a joke just go to victor or moe’s.

I had ordered food from here 3 times last month and let me tell you the wait is a nightmare and this is my experience with the food, first time the food was amazing, second time food was cold and lacked meat, so I thought “well maybe they just had a off day” so here i go for the third time and again cold and lacked meat and cheese and this time the beans tasted weird. I will not be going back to this restraunt and pretty much ruined my desire for the food from any chipotle.

4th or so time in the last few weeks that my online order was wrong/missing items. Last two orders in a row my food was missing the fajita veggies. Prior to that it was missing the pinto beans, sour cream and fajita veggies. Honestly becoming a waste of money and disappointing. Likely will travel further to a different location to avoid these errors.
