This place is horrible. They don’t answer the phone. Online orders will not load correctly. The employees are rude, childish and give all their friends free pizzas in front of paying customers. If you get your order it will more than likely be incorrect. The managers are intimidated by the young kids they have working there so complaining does nothing. Quality of food is just dependent on who’s working. There are always people out back by the dumpsters smoking weed and playing guitars with staff joining. This place needs to be cleaned up immediately.

If I could give zero stars I would. They lock the lobby, you have to go thru drive thru, which would be fine but I don’t have a car. I tried to place the order online, they’re not taking orders. I try to call 12 times, literally freaking twelve times only to stand in the parking lot listening to the phone ring and ring, only for them to not answer. They are very unorganized, delayed, and not very sanitary within the building. New management needs to step in or they just need to close the damn store.

“Hot n Ready” should be wiped off every menu board for this store. The feature pizza is never hot n ready here. Ever. Always get parked, 15 minute wait. If I wanted to wait I would have ordered and picked up from a higher quality shop. Its even considered lucky if one of the el cheapo $5.99’s is hot n ready. They should rename this store “Little I Have No Idea How to Run a Little Caesars Caesars”. Better yet they should probably shut it down and expand the waffle house.

This location is always the worst. It’s always something, I don’t think I’ve ever had an smooth transaction here in the year I’ve lived down the street. How hard can it be to serve fast food style pizza in a drive thru? Tonight they left me waiting in my car for a pizza after they told me they had pizza ready.. tell me after I pay you’ll have to wait 5 minutes in a spot.. 10 min later I go inside and the employees look at me without acknowledging me, they are gossiping. I wait a couple more minutes for them to greet me & they have multiple pizzas ready, clearly no one had any intention of actually bringing my pizza out. I’ll not be going here again.

Was very disappointed in my order. I ordered the Ultimate Supreme. Like 3 slices had very few chopped green peppers, 2 whole slices of mushrooms and a few tiny pieces.the only good thing was the Pepperoni. Ordered online but cheese was already cold. And just to say I got there 15 min before they sent notice it was done and took out a slice as soon as I got it!!! I was very impressed with the last one I got but this one was awful.

This location is me and my gfs typical spot for picking up pizza and it used to be good, but recently the service has become way worse. Multiple times we have gone to find the lobby closed and have to wait for the drive thru to move and it’s typically very slow. Now I assumed this was due to understaffing but today we went and the lobby was closed over an hour before the restaurant was supposed to be closed. We started to wait through the drive thru and and been waiting for almost 45 minutes before we finally made it to the window. When we finally made it to the window I was surprised to see 5+ employees in the store, more than enough for one to take orders inside, and additionally 2 of them were on their phones doing nothing. Now to top it all off we get home (less than a 5 minute drive)and the pizza we waited 45 minutes for is completely cold. This is totally unacceptable and I feel like I got robbed after spending money in this.

Ordered thin crust extra sauce. Got thin crust no sauce. Placed another order for my work. Three meats thin crust extra sauce . 1 thin crust pepperoni and u guessed it extra sauce. Got no extra sauce on anything and was charged 50 cents to a $1 extra on each. And got the other pepperoni was just regular crust. Too many things to get wrong.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pretzel crust pizza, that I was told would be ready in about 15 minutes. I call into the store to see if it was ready, once they brought it out, it was cold and it was a regular pepperoni pizza with salt on the edges. So much for hot and ready. Very disappointing.
