Spent nearly $38. Checked my order. It was missing an item on the sandwich that I added and paid for. Took it back in. Realized the other sandwich didn’t have cheese and that I had to pay extra for it. So I asked if I could get the cheese added no charge since I had to come back in to get the sandwich fixed. The manager that was shorter with brown hair was so rude. Got really mad, shook her head. Put cheese on the sandwich. Rolled it back up and threw it at me on the counter. I was not being rude. I just have one question for her. Is it that serious? Do you own JJ? I’m sorry your life isn’t happy. I hope you find happiness because you’re clearly miserable.

Worst experience ever. The staff made the wrong sandwich and once we realized it we went back to the store and asked them to remake it. The guy at the window started to remake it and was friendly and then the “manager” stepped in and started arguing with us and being rude and condescending. She actually told the staff to stop remaking and went and got a menu to try prove that we were incorrect. After being treated so rudely we asked for a refund instead. She continued to be rude and we asked to speak to a manager. That’s when she said she was the manager and she wouldn’t give her name. We addressed that she was being condescending and she started laughing at us and said she knows she can be condescending and rude…what’s wrong with that? She can’t help it. This is definitely someone sho should not be in customer service. She probably doesn’t care but she lost regular customers.

Ordered delivery. It took 5 mins ish. But they didn’t spell my name right, didn’t cut my sandwiches or put napkins in (I checked the boxes on BOTH of my sandwiches), and they cheaped out on the avocado spread and bacon. This was supposed to be a treat for son and he’s pretty upset.

Used the drive-thru last Sunday night around 8pm. Thought they were closed at first, because the menu sign outside was not lit up. Ordered a #13 ( my favorite) and asked that lettuce and hot peppers be added to my sandwich. I get home, open my sandwich and there were no hot peppers, no lettuce and no dijon mustard, which comes on the sandwich already. Looked at my receipt to see if peppers and lettuce were on there, and they were….just not on my sandwich.
