The waxwing restaurant in Hatfield never disappoints. We have been going to this gem of a restaurant for years. From your first cocktail until dessert you’re treated with unexpected flavor explosions. Each dish is meticulously prepared. Tonight we had the opportunity to partake in their Asian inspired tasting menu. I think I had the best lobster and scallops I’ve ever eaten! But honestly, it’s hard to choose a favorite. If you’re looking for delicious, creative and consistently good food; go enjoy Waxwing.

This amazing restaurant is a gem. They were busy and still took us in without a reservation (recommend having a reservation). They welcomed us and went out of their way to made us feel like regulars. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The food is absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Thank you for the beautiful experience.

If you are looking for some of the most elevated food in the Valley – this is it. With all of the ease and chill of an establishment only Paul and Amy could deliver – Waxwing is as close to that family feel as you’re gonna get with fine cuisine. I don’t know how they do it – but it’s truly seamless.

Worth the trip worth a stop. We decided to get a few things from the menu to sample. We ordered hash, French toast, and a bacon egg and cheese. They were all perfectly executed and hit the spot.

A nice little tavern with good food and service. The decorations for valentines day are pleasing. The food is tasty but not really reach the level of our expectation given the price, but anyway it seems to be the best overall dinner option in the area.
