Our regular place was busy so we decided to try here because it was under new management. The servers were friendly. The food was just OK. The home fries came out cold. I ordered the café special two eggs, two sausage, two bacon home fries French toast. The home fries were cold And they gave me two sausage that were not even cooked. The server tried to pass it off as being different from type my Wife got which were fully cooked ones. It took 10 minutes to get a refill on a cup of coffee and then 15 minutes for a server to come, and, allow me to pay my bill. Will only go back if it’s last choice. Much better choice would be Big Belly in Webster or Dads in charlton

Food was good. Service was slow. Place was full the entire time we were there so the slow service is understandable. This place was not easy to see from the street so if you are not familiar with the area you have to pull in behind friendlys to see the plaza and it’s in the back.

Tried calling to order breakfast, some guy picked up and said “Please hold” and placed the phone down. After 10 minutes of waiting, I hung up and tried calling again but the phone went to voicemail. I tried calling about 5 minutes later, same thing. 10 minutes later and the phone was still going to voicemail! I then tried going in person to order and I was left standing there for 10 minutes. I was looked at by the staff members but they never once greeted me, they never said they’d be with me in a moment, they just kept walking away. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Need to work on some flavor with the home fries but everything else was good. Only 2 waitresses yet they handled it well. But please get rid of the smoking at the front door… not good to smell an ashtray as you walk in and out.
