A&W has been part of the Michigan experience going back over 50yrs in my life and I was very happy to see a franchise along my route. Food and service was wonderful and carried the A&W personality. Not just another burger joint, but that same feel and flavor that took me right back to my home town drive-in with car hops on roller skates. Perfect!

Have never eaten inside the restaurant before however the woman screaming to the front it will be a few minutes then to try to get napkins and condiments they act like they are doing you a favor. Food was great but customer service for sure needs help. Busy or not greeting your customers with a smile and good customer service is what this type of business should be. I don’t know when yelling through the store to wait and a crummy look when you great a customer became a norm ( but it’s rude) won’t eat inside again and thinking twice about going through the drive thru since it’s the money I work hard for and don’t need attitude because of home life or lack of employees.

What happened to the old manager Jeremy he was amazing. This place was a huge disappointment now. Drive thru was closed . The wait was horrible the pop machine is broke . The staff if very disgruntled. Will certainly be wery if coming back again

I go to this a&w pretty often on my lunch break and I just have to say this is the most unorganized place I’ve ever been! The food is sloppy, when someone asks for light condiments it doesn’t mean put HEAVY on the other ones , the employees are rude, short and unpleasant. I wait almost my entire 30 min lunch break every time and that’s with barley any cars in the drive through. Get it together!

Service was poor and the staff argued about who is going to work the counter and take our order. The food was lacking and cold. Much of the staff was on their cell phones and goofing around. The attached gas station is located was cleaner than the actual restaurant section. We had a bad experience a couple of years ago and thought we would give him another chance. It was worse this time around.

Really good food. I wish I had gotten one for later, but I can always go back. Stopped here with my mom and loved it. Stayed in the car to eat, so I don’t know if there is inside seating, as they are attached to a gas station. Can say that the staff was very courteous and the order was freshly made.
