I was told they would bring out my pepperoni pizza after it was done cooking (which was perfectly fine). After waiting 25 minutes, I went in and asked if it was almost ready, and I was told that they forgot. Not one single person came through After I ordered. There was no one else waiting. There was a few guys just standing around.

I didn’t have the Gumption To even call because the young lady in the drive through was so sweet and kind. Having said that the pretzel crust was raw on the bottom. The pizza was not sliced all the way through. It was a big mess trying to get it out of the box to Eat. This has happened twice in the last several years and that is not a bad Percentage considering how often we get pizza there I did call the first time it happened and they replaced it but this time I just didn’t care enough We ate the bread sticks which were delicious and called it a day day.

Terrible service and quality. I understand it’s a $5 pizza but cmon! I originally attempted to place my order via phone shortly after 8pm, but nobody would answer the phone. After trying for 10 minutes I had time to research the online ordering method and decided to place my order online. Upon arrival the store was not busy and I noticed the employees ignoring the phone. After picking my food up around 9:15 I arrived home and opened my pizza box to find the shown picture. The toppings were mostly missing and were not proportional at all, there was also too much sauce to be edible. I tried to call to ask if they could remake it ahead of time but again, phones rang off the hook so I drove back up there . When I arrive I see two guys leaning on the wall looking down at their cell phones, (obviously too busy to answer the phone). I present the pizza to the manager and asked for a refund (after all I had seen/dealt with I just wanted to go home and make a sandwich!) The manager argued that the pizza was hours old. After presenting my time stamped receipt the manager finally agreed to refund me the pizza but he said he could not refund the crazy bread I purchased on the order. I argued but got nowhere with the simple guy, so I finally demanded my refund for the pizza so I could leave. The manager proceeded to take an extra 10 minutes walking back and forth delaying me further. While I waited and wondered where he was I looked into the kitchen to find a very messy place, especially considering the employees were all hanging out on their phones right before closing. After leaving i checked my bank and realized I was not issued a refund but I was charged a second time for the crazy bread . So in all I lost a couple hours of my life and $17 for nothing. I’ll have to attempt to get my refund from upper management.

Placed an online order at 9:37pm. Get there and waited initially in parking lot before having my son walk up and tell me the lights were off. I go through the drive thru and tell them I ordered 20 minutes ago and was told they were closed even though my order was taken. I was refunded however, I drove there out of my way for food not to be closed 20 minutes before closing at 10pm.

Food is actually pretty nice for what you get, went in and got their veggie pizza but went with the pretzel crust this time, and it was actually pretty decent! Also got the garlic parm wings and they were a lil dry but tasted good, id give them a 4 star. The one top thing i recommend is the twix brookie, that thing is dangerous. overall pretty decent food, nice staff, and decent timing on cooking time

This place likes to pull people then leave them there for a hr while other people breeze threw so I suggest go to another place better taste .. even a busy sit down restaurant is faster … thanks for making me sit there for a hr in a hot car with my kid today then made her cry when I told her it wasn’t worth waiting for you people to finally get in the ball cause you people are just plain ridiculous… thanks for the heat stroke….. disappointed and calling corporate in the morning cause they obviously need a new crew like fire them all and start over
