The staff at this Sonic location are definitely unfriendly, and pretty downright rude!!! I had to repeat a question through the speaker as I thought they didn’t hear me. Then the employee “yelled” back the answer as if I was disturbing her. When the carhop brought my order, I thanked her and tipped her over 18%, without her saying one word!! That’s right….no thank you, appreciate you, come back and see us, etc.

I ordered the mini ice cream thing in the app and asked and paid for extra chocolate. There was hardly any chocolate. It took a long time to fix that and a large drink. They didn’t seem to be all that busy. Was hoping for a better experience from an out of my town Sonic. Such was not the case.
