Can’t speak highly enough of Otto and Anita’s been eating Otto’s food over 20 years as he’s been a neighborhood jewel. Moved around to a few locations before landing here. The first time he had me try the dill pickle soup I was skeptical looked like melted chocolate chip but tasted fantastic. I can’t say I’ve had a bad meal here ever. Great atmosphere friendly staff and great service. A place I traveled to even during Covid to get food to-go and to help support them. Thank Otto and Family for all you do.

The food was delicious, and just what I had been craving; authentic German. If you’re wanting to hear some German spoken, this place doesn’t disappoint; if you’re lucky enough to be seated next to the kitchen, you’ll hear German spoken every time the door swings open. Additionally, you will be greeted in German, your meal delivered with a Guten Appetit, and you will be bid adieu with an Auf Wiedersehen. Between the food, the warmth, the prompt service, the language and the delicious beer, I was briefly transported back to my beloved Bayern, and look forward to bringing my fiancé here posthaste to experience the Gemütlichkeit. Vielen Dank!

We tried Otto and Anita’s quite a few years ago and for the life of me I don’t know why it took us this long to go back. The Veal Schnitzel I had was better than the one I had in Vienna last winter. Friendly service as well. Highly recommend.

This place is truly a gem. The menu is full of so many delicious options. The spaetzle is buttery and savory. The schnitzel is so perfect and they have a variety of amazing sauces for it. Their pickle soup is tremendous and always a treat to get. They have an amazing selection of homemade desserts that taste just like grandma made. The decor inside is cozy and charming. Everything is just so perfect about this place.

The Jägerschnitzel and spätzle were superb and authentic. My son enjoyed the Vienna-style trout. And, Deutscher brau on tap!

Such a great experience here. Lisa was so kind and attentive. The food was incredible. The ambiance is so cozy. We got the German Combo with cream of chicken soup, the Jägerschnitzel (chicken instead of pork) with the dill pickle soup, and finished with marionberry cheesecake. Everything was so delicious and the portions were perfect. We felt so welcome here and can’t wait to return!

If you get a chance make sure you try this restaurant/bakery. Family owned and operated it’s a must visit. Picked up their famous coconut cake for a bday party. Amazing!
