This dunkin USED to be good. When the young black women worked there, there was never any issue. That crew was the best. However, management has changed and each day now there a new people who can’t seem to get it right. A drink that used to take 2 minutes now takes 15. The line is always outrageous and doesn’t seem like anyone can manage it. I ordered a vanilla bean coolata the other day and they “forgot” to add the vanilla bean flavoring, go figure. Another time my bill came to one amount then randomly changed to $5 higher and I was told that was my total even though they knew it wasn’t. I’m not the only one who has issues here. Whoever the owner is needs to get their staff together. Extremely disappointing.

I used to work at this location a little over 10 years ago. We always kept it clean, friendly, and fast service. Haven’t been back since, but was in the area and needed coffee. I was SHOCKED when I walked in. Terrible service. Dirty store. Barely any food and coffee was not ready….it was only 2 pm. And they are still advertising pumpkin spice in the middle of December, while every other location moved on to peppermint (didn’t bother me because I just get regular coffee, but still shocked) chairs were up on tables. The plaza had a wonderful makeover on the outside, but the inside has gone down hill.

Awful experience. They forgot to make my food and then got mad at me when I asked for it. When I don’t want your excuses I want my food you don’t have the right to be mad at the customer. Customer service absolutely horrible. The cashier who was fraternizing in the back came back and made it happen. The brown boy was yelling at me to just refund my money because he refused to make the food.

I was there today served by 2 young workers who clearly had no idea what they were doing nor cared. It took well over 20 minutes for a 2 piece order that wasn’t even the correct items and burnt. Terrible how gross and sloppy this place has gotten.

The worst customer service. The cashier, who had short red hair for reference for anyone who might be in a managerial position for this location, was so bland, nonchalant, never said thank you, never smiled, only treated all the customers like another number, and they were not even busy. For a second I really thought I might be doing them a disservice by ordering from there, that’s how bad and blatant it was. But then I remembered how nice and well mannered I was and am, and that they are in the service business… but truly do not belong there. Returned to my work establishment, which is in the same plaza, and turns out, they have had the same experiences. Will not be going back and our establishment has decided to go elsewhere from here forward.

I was trying to download the rewards app and had already ordered. The young woman waiting on me was nice but there was another woman who kept asking me to pay for one of my two orders. There were no other customers in the store. I informed her that I had money and was going to pay for both orders. The Wifi on my phone wasn’t working. She was still asking me to pay. I gladly payed $20.00 for both orders but was really upset about the way I was treated. Clearly she should not be anywhere near the public or serving them!!! I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! I tried to call to speak to someone but the phone just rings. Chance for my future business is gone!!

Always doing rush jobs on my food. Never made right and I was overcharged for something that I didn’t order. Then when I mentioned how unsatisfied I was with the cold food and unsweetened drinks they made me the girl with glasses who’s kinda short and older she shook her head as if I didn’t see it and I felt a way about it because I never give them problems when I come in, I get my food and go & not to mention the fact that I applied for a job and got a call from the manager many moons ago and she was very rude and also working next door to them and how the girls that worked in DD were in competition like wth is that even about but anyway they don’t care and need to be fired
