I definitely don’t recommend this place. In theory it seems like a great place to eat. I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken was an unseasoned bland overly breaded mess. Both the mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese were barely warm.

The hostess was awful she acted like she was doing us a favor by doing her job. She threw our menus down on the table and just had zero customer service skills. She has blonde bad extensions. Zero smiling, not welcoming what so ever. Food was even worse. I’m surprised this location is still in business. The chicken sandwich tasted frozen.

Ordered my breakfast when the order came out another waitress brought the food out and gave my order to another table. She tells me that she will correct my mistake 10 minutes go by the waitresses are clearing tables and taking other peoples orders and at this point I ask why must I wait so long for a mistake they made to be corrected. I was rudely told that the chicken takes a while to cook and that it would be out shortly . I would have accepted this had it not been for the moron from the kitchen in the blue shirt not sure if he is a manager he comes out with my food knowing full well what table it goes to but instead he holds it up and yells whose chicken is this. He gives me my food I tell him my displeasure of how long it took and he rudely says to me the chicken takes time we corrected it didnt we and turns around and walks away. If that’s the attitude they want to have they have lost this customer and I’d advise you not eat there until they maybe understand that the customer is right in most cases most importantly this one.

First time here and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Anywhere else I go over half the time the food is cold, gross, wrong order, or unpleasant people and Valley dairy was the exact opposite of that so yea… I will definitely be returning.

I traveled here from Colorado and found the service grate. Not a misspelling, there is actually a community of small pets (turtles, frogs, fish) servicing the entire restaurant when something goes awry; and the pets come from a grate in the floor to fix it. One of the drinks at my table spilled and a frog came out of the grate dressed as a janitor to mop up the Shirley Temple my daughter spilled. Overall 11/10 service.
