Ok very important I did not get to go into the restaurant. I believe the dining area was close probably due to short staff. The food I got though the drive thru was good. The fries were hot and tasty. The staff was fast and friendly. VERY IMPORTANT: I rated it 4 stars because of the building. The parking lot needed a face lift. The building needed plastic surgery. There was such a dead feeling around it. Dull colors on the outside. There was nothing inviting about the outside. Compared to the McDonald’s next to it. As a shopper myself. We are simple minded. We go towards the bright colors and inviting places.

What can I do to get NO ketchup.on my whopper? I had to throw 2 of them out now because of ketchup on it I have a allergic reaction to something in ketchup( not deadly but still not pleasant it makes my mouth break out and I do not like it either so please pay attention. With everything going up in $$$ these days please it is not a option for me. I have asked for no ketchup and the last 2 times I got ketchup on it.

Yes I know its a fast food restaurant, but as far as BK locations go, this is the best one I’ve eaten at hands down. Food was hot and fresh from drive thru, no old grease taste, sandwiches assembled properly with correct amount of condiments (not too much or too little) and custom orders were 100% correct.
