I ordered a classic roast beef, at 10:15 am they had only been open 15 minutes so the food should be fresh and hot, I got crunch dry old meat that I had to pick off. This happens a lot actually! Then while waiting for food I was answering a txt message and when they gave me my food I thanked them and finished my message before driving away. I was there 45 seconds longer and the manager comes to the window and points for me to move alone even though there wasn’t one person in the drive thru besides me!! Terrible quality food and rude service.. keep up the good work Arby’s! ♀️

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a while, this visit was great the manager Ben took care of me, not once but twice on the same day haha I came to try out the Crispy Fish & the Fish & Cheddar sandwiches. The sandwiches were great the fish was bigger than most fast food restaurants give so it’s a bang for your buck. My only complaint is how long it takes to get your food.
