Been here 4 times at different times of the day/week. Horribly under-staffed, with consistently less than half of any entrees available and glacially slow service.

First and last time at this location. Food must’ve been from night b4. I suggest go there physically to order so you can see what you’re getting. I ordered online for pick up and got the scrapings of fried rice. Fried rice looks like its been mixed with white rice. Rice in some area was dried and chucky, other areas mushy (old about to rot rice). Going back to lien chin on this side of town

The food is alright. Everything tastes a little bland, but the teriyaki chicken with the sauce is actually really good. Staff is young and inexperienced, but at least they are working and trying. The worst part about this place though is the freezing temperatures inside. Holy cats, your food is cold by the time you sit down to eat because the AC is blowing from everywhere. I bet it was 65 degrees in there or less. Not an enjoyable place to eat.

This is our 3rd time to give this store a chance, after Covid- FAILED. We arrived at 1:13pm 12/26/22. The store was not busy. The fried rice was undercooked and had hard clumps, dry, and had no flavor. The Teriyaki chicken was OK but lukewarm. The lo mein, which was the sad part, they chopped in about 2 inch length size, not the long noodles that signifies longevity of life, according to Chinese custom. The lo mein as well had no flavor. The portions were smaller than usual, so the value for your Dollar was not good. The ice machine was broken so our drinks we not cold as could be. The warmed/cooked sauce for the teriyaki chicken, they don’t make it anymore, they just give you a packet. Since the store opened, this place has been a joke compared to other Pandas stores. At least the place was clean. We wont return to this store again. I will pit this store on my “swear off” list. What happened to restaurants? it’s not just lousy service, it morphed to serving bad food, which puts people health at risk. SMH…

Wow, this place lacks energy. Employees are barely present. You can hear them in the back talking, but up front you’re lucky if they can look up at you instead of their phone. Food is the usual fare for Panda, so once you get it, you know what to expect.

Employees are rough, no hospitality, only 1 person actually works no matter how busy they are they never have more than 1 person making orders.

Ordered ahead of time online for 3pm pickup. One customer in there when I got there at 315 and my order still isn’t ready. They didn’t believe my order, is what I was told by the workers. They also tried to give me fountain drinks instead of the bottles that I ordered. I feel like I could run this place better by myself and I’ve counted at least 4 employees in here.

I’m giving them 5 stars for everything for one rereason. I recently had vocal cord surgery and can’t talk for awhile. I have a white board to communicate and they were so kind with me. Much kinder than other places. They never messed up my order and they were willing to take my order even tho I could have ordered on the app, but it was an impulse stop the first time, so I went back again and again they were amazing with different people. I can’t thank them enough and if I go to Panda Express, it will be this one.

My husband is vomiting nonstop right now, this Panda Express food is the only thing he has eaten today!! Food is old and not fresh by looking, but did not expect it to be unsafe!! This place should be shut down now! Don’t get anything from it, especially fried rice. I called them to report this and no one pick up! Terrible experience!!

I’m glad more location in the Twin Cities serving but the customer service and food here is awful. The food quality isn’t comparable to the other locations, it tasted bland and unflavored. As for customer service, they’re consistently short staffed having 3-4 workers only during lunch hours. The staff seems to not take pride and is frustrated when food isn’t ready and takes it upon customers. Today, the staff Alex was clearly frustrated as his cooks and took it out on customers by sighing, showing no care for food and pantry by slamming it onto kitchen/counter, and not even a thank you for patience. No big deal here and I respect what they do but please get some help so the poor dude don’t blow up.
