The food here is great while still being healthy. I like how this meal prep service has different monthly plans based on your weight management goals. Other meal prep services aren’t convenient like this. Although there is no menu to choose from (which makes my life a lot easier), you can tell the chef what you want or don’t want as well as any allergies and other dietary restrictions. He is very accommodating. The prices are also very competitive.
