The first time I was here when I was with my daughter and sister-in-law to have our lunch. I ordered 1/2 smoked chicken. Last time the chicken was a bit dry but tonight, my husband and our 4yr old daughter and I had our dinner here. And I ordered the same but they able to redeem themselves coz I got a moist chicken this time. My husband also liked her pork brisket. This place is worth for recommendation and will always come back here for a bite.

Wanted this food to be excellent. Wished it had been. Portions were generous in the sandwich baskets. Pulled pork and brisket were average, onion rings were overdone. We couldn’t eat them. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will try them one more time.

Went here on a Sunday after lunch. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and fries, it was great. The yound man who took our order was polite and the amount of food was perfect! The four different types of bar-b-que were very good, I tryed all of them. I’m a car guy and really like the atmosphere. The two drive in speaks outside were playing music on them, nice touch.

Unfortunately this place was absolutely the worst BBQ I’ve ever had in my life especially for the price the menu is very confusing look like we’re ordering a basket with two meats at came on a small bun couple of pieces of very dry tough brisket and what somebody called the burnt ends that had a lot of gristle and not fat hard and chewy 16$ and .50 for water and didn’t say I was going to be charged.50 definitely not worth it for the price no flavor again the worst BBQ I’ve ever had I hope you guys get it right because it’s pretty cool I also forgot to mention everything was cold or just warm

My family and I had been looking for a restaurant to eat at and saw that Filling Station had several good reviews. After eating here, I would definitely recommend it and would come back again. The Carolina BBQ sandwich I had was awesome. My kids and wife all loved their food. Will definitely be coming back!

We will definitely return to Filling Station BBQ. We tried each of their 4 BBQ sauces and agreed Original was our top choice. We split the two meat meal with burnt ends and brisket + baked beans and sweet potato fries for our sides. The sweet potato fries were delicious and was my favorite item from the whole meal. We tried their preach cobbler for dessert; it was good, but I think it would have been better taken home and warmed up just a bit.

This is a really nice little BBQ place. Super cute restaurant and very good bbq. My favorite, the burnt ends! Yum! The sweet potato fries are delish also. The people who work here are very friendly and the restaurant is spotless and comfortable and full of vintage fun. Looking for someplace different for BBQ? Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve been several times.
