The food is pretty good but the atmosphere is amazing! Great country folk art murals hand painted on the walls give this little restaurant a warm and fun vibe. Drive through some wonderful forest and winding country roads to enjoy thus little gem when you are near Santa Claus Indiana or visiting Marengo Cave.

Wonderful Lil spot we found while filming up near Corydon, IN. Everyone was incredibly welcoming! I can see why this place is so popular. The decor reminds me of an old school house. Good was delicious and filling (I had the breakfast bowl). Bought myself some Apple Butter to-go and excited to try it!

Had the special prime rib. It was well done, but that was all they had. Was pretty good. Had a very unique house salad decorated with peppers and onions. Very good, but it was busy so it was a bit slow. Jenny keeps the place running good there!

Delicious home cooked food. They were extremely busy when we went and the service was fast and waitress was super friendly. Some of the food was cold, but still very tasty. My mother is a pork tenderloin connoisseur and she absolutely loved it, we will definitely return.

We were here recently and the first impression was not so good, after looking at the menu the waitress said I’ll be with you in a minute, after she said that she got on the phone to take orders, after that she walked over to the people that were already there eating and asked if they needed anything, (still no service for us) then she told another couple that had finished their food that she’d take their money at the register.
