I’m a loyal and frequent dominos customer. I was told a couple weeks ago that I would get my whole order credited since they messed up everything in the order. No refund was offered so I took the credit. Tried to order almost the exact same order today and was told that they only credited me $20.00 and said that’s all I payed which was a lie. I was told I would get to speak with a manager and it was the exact same voice, I’m sure the exact same employee lying to me. I payed over $50 for that order and the “manager” was very rude and would not even compromise with me saying all she could do was give me $20 credit. I’m definitely emailing to corporate for the awful customer service!

I ordered online with a great deal. I was expecting the pizza and pasta to arrive about an hour. Less than 20 minutes later the delivery driver was knocking at my door. They even left off the onions like I asked. I was impressed with the prompt service and the food was pretty good too.

Don’t expect them to call you back if you’re looking for a job when you call them in the morning. they tell you the hiring manager comes in at 5 pm and to call round 530pm. when u call at 530pm you get told you need to call earlier in the day ? And this will happen in a never ending loop the owner needs to hire better Managers. on the plus side they do have good pizza 90 percent of the time

The service was good; the driver was quick and friendly. My order was correct and still hot what I received it. However, there was less pasta than I thought I’d be getting; if I moved it around the amount of pasta only covered half the container (more pasta could’ve been added). The brownies I’d ordered were pretty burnt on the bottom.

Been using the mountain view store for a few years now…even on busy days like Friday/Saturday they’re still pretty quick and the delivery drivers are always respectful and polite despite my hidden driveway…great crew!
