Manager is very kind. The vegetables seem to always be fresh. Every time I go there. I seem to have a very pleasant time. The people there are nice and funny. They all seem to have fun. Dirty inside and the food was awful I ordered chicken strips and got tiny ones mostly breading fries were burnt . If you don’t make a donation they will be rude! I asked for the order to be dine in and it was rung up as a to go and I can just sense the attitude under employee on receipt it says “SL” very unprofessional thank you for taking care of a hungry truck driver

This location is in a Loves truck stop. Very friendly service but our chicken fingers were tough and cold. I recommend asking for a custom made order if they will do it.

Got breakfast this morning and ordered a cinnamon bun for an afternoon snack. Open the bag to get my cinnamon bun and see the sticker on top. Opened the box and see a tube of icing…no cinnamon bun. Only 2 stars since the biscuits were ok.

Showed up at 5pm, waited at speaker for 5 minutes before someone took the order (keep in mind I’m the only car in line) then finally roll forward after order was taken to wait 16 more minutes with no one even bothering to let us know what was going on.

The burger was tasty, even though it was as if a child wrapped it, but, they gave up halfway through and just put it in the box and put it in a bag. The shake was okay except it was almost $4. As you can see it is only 2/3 full. I was told that’s how they do it. They would add a scoop but it would take a long time. ( so my burger would get cold. ) That is the last shake from Carl’s Jr I’ll buy.

One of the best Carl’s Jr. I have ever been the cashier who took my order she was so nice and polite I don’t know her name but she was a dark skin girl skinny but super nice , i usually don’t like to describe anybody by race or color but I want give credit where it’s due .
