1 pizza.. large pepperoni, and it was over an hr late from the promised time. I ordered at 8,they said 8:45.. showed up at 9:45. Super greasy, cold and ridiculously late. Your lucky you got 2 stars. I even tiped these people on top of their delivery fee. When I called the store to inquire about my order, the girl was snappy and said it “just left” that was about 9:05ish

All deserves 0 stars. If you’re paying with a card “Be Careful.”. They tell you the card is declined and tell you to swipe your card 3-4 times. “Fraud!” I called my bank while standing at the counter & the transaction was approved. The shift “Lead” was the one taking my transaction. She told me my card declined. They also closed last night 2 “Hours” early.

Very unprofessional, pepperoni wasn’t really cooked nor the Italian sausage, music that was being played was way too loud, the work attire looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to work no uniform street clothes, front door was boarded up. It’s my second time going there and I see nothing has changed.

Received the worst cheesy bread ever from this location and I have had a lot of cheesy bread in my day. It was thin and over done. Asked for triple crust toppers and they barely put anything on. Didn’t give me my extra ranch. Guy must’ve been new at the counter cause he was clueless. Sat there waiting just to finally go up and ask what’s going on and our food was sitting there ready the whole time…. Been trying to take the survey on the website for free cheesy bread but the whole entire website and app are useless. Very flukey and needs re done or something cause it’s impossible to use the app without becoming frustrated. Every time I clicked the link for the survey it re directed me to order… lmao. Couldn’t even do their official survey so that’s why I’m here now.

Ordered delivery at 5:47 pm told 30 to 40 minutes at 6:39 still nothing called was told driver forgot and was on his way. I live less then 2 miles from store took til 7pm to get. Pizza was worst I have ever had. Crust on xlarge pizza was burnt this was a regular staple place for us but we won’t be back. Tried leaving review on feedback all it does is go straight to ordering so impossible to let store know. Tiffany said $10 credit for next order seems ridiculous since we spent $40. Very disappointing

Pizza is great when they get it right. Steltzer rd loc, the loud music competing with a TV make the order and pickup experience terrible. Service is terrible as well. Go to other locations if you can.

I’ve been eating Marcos for 20 plus years. I haven’t had it in several years. It WAS a favorite. What I had today was likely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I can longer say “some are better than others but there is no such thing as bad pizza”. Is it a one off bad pie??

Our cold pizza showed up an hour after the quoted delivery. On the 2nd phone call looking for my pizza, they just said sometimes the times are wrong and HUNG up on me. I like Marco’s pizza usually, but this specific one is absolutely off the list.
