We ordered a bucket meal online for pickup. When I arrived, it was not quite ready and they offered me a free drink while I waited. The people working were very friendly and communicated that my order was almost up. The restaurant looked well maintained, the tables were clear, the floor was clean the drink machine was in good working order (that I could tell). When I got home the meal was really good, and had been packed up nicely so that I didn’t have to worry about anything spilling or tipping. We did get a second mashed potatoes instead of a second macaroni and cheese, but didn’t consider this a big deal and so I didn’t call. I will say that the original recipe chicken doesn’t seem to keep the skin on the way the extra crispy does. I don’t know if that is particular to this location, or how it is in general. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely go back.

Very disappointed with how dirty the lobby and dining area was. Came in with my family to enjoy a meal and every table and underneath was dirty. There was no napkins or lids for cups. Spilled drinks all over the counter. The cashier was nice but it felt disgusting eating in a place like that. We were the only dine in customers and drive thru was slow. I saw at least 3 workers. No excuse for a dirty place like that.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo and a 3 piece fried chicken combo and every food item received was barely warm and tasted old. We couldn’t even finish our chicken, fries, or biscuit because it wasn’t good at all. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this KFC.

Stopped in for dinner and the place was empty, 1 car in the drive thru. I’ve now been waiting for over 20 minutes for a 2pc chicken dinner and I’m still sitting here waiting. Attempted to get Moutain Dew and Pepsi from pop machine both were flat. The service here is terrible and they don’t take care of anything up to standards.

Went through drive threw very fast just not so friendly person handing out the food . Was putting my credit card back in my wallet . Guess he couldn’t put the sauce in the bag bc he was trying to hand it to me and final my order was done pretty much threw it though the window! I’m going quit going to this one.
