For as slow as they’ve been in the 2 hours I’ve been here, the store is filthy. Sticky tables, crumbs everywhere, flys, dirty floors, etc. Overhearing others around me mentioning it too. I have a couple hours before my flight, just hand me a broom because this is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in

Waited 25 minutes for a second sandwich, was told it was coming out. At 35 minutes, asked them to confirm, and they said they they lost the sandwich. Clearly they didn’t bother to check the first time. Coffee was fine, don’t get food here. Looking at older reviews, their second food oven has been down for many months. No excuse for that.

Super busy, waited 20 minutes in line then 25 minutes for a sandwich and was told twice “it’s coming” and “we are doing it now” to find out it wasn’t even to the top of the queue yet. At least got a refund. Would have liked to order via app but I have no use for / desire for a Starbucks account with a balance.

Horrendously slow motion in the line; one could start waiting at the door and not be at the counter in the next thirty minutes only to be yelled at for walking through the door too slowly. With only one of two ovens running and one employee standing around to side eye customers and print out online orders, I was ready to put my barista experience to use and get behind the counter to lend a hand. Zero customer service, only dead looks behind the empty eyes of the employees who are likely tremendously underpaid to handle a non stop airport Starbucks line. Starbucks ought to step up and hire more employees, fix any materials at the store, and pay their employees more.

At this small airport location in Lihue airport, Starbucks is centrally located, very clean, staff are courteous and not tired looking like at other airports. Seating is adequate and as the glass doors are closed, pretty quiet from the din of the airport

What would an airport be without a Starbucks? Place seems to have lines as long as the TSA checkpoint. As of now Boone is taking their shoes or belts off so I think things are going well. Also similar to the TSA checkpoint is the lack of free WiFi. That’s not very Starbucks-like.

The system was down therefore we couldn’t purchase any tumbles or pins. Then when my mother in law & I waiting in line to get ice waters the manager refused to give us ice water unless we bought something!!!! We couldn’t buy anything we wanted!!! The barista at the register was nice with glasses on, she felt bad & apologized for her manager! The manager wasn’t friendly or she even wasn’t willing to be accommodating anything! A Trenta iced water rang up free!!! Rude! Unfortunately No stars wasn’t a option otherwise that’s what i would’ve rated this visit!!
