If I could get any less than 0 stars I would? I Ordered my food an hour ago online was told it was ready stood in the restaurant for another 45 minutes and told them. My father was a diabetic that’s the reason I had ordered it online for a certain pick up time and was told that even after I got there it. Would still be another 30 minutes. The manager was kind enough to throw in a chocolate cake that nobody can eat because like I said diabetic anyway moving past that I’m sure glad he got his break after being there for 2 freaking hours and 40 mins!!!

Wanted chicken at 7 pm and was told there was only white meat and it had to be crispy and original! I guess I can not order the food I want to eat here! Guess they stop cooking at 7 to stay open till 11! Oh the GM said they cook chicken till 8 30 to 9. Talk to the GM today and she asked like it was not her problem that the employee WOULD not serve me!

Where’s Taco Bell ever, Not only is there food garbage the people that work there have the worst customer service ever. I will never eat there again and whoever owns this Taco Bell might need to think of getting better employees or better managers that train these employees . After spending $45 on food my wife gets to the window and she is explained that they are only allowed to give out one sauce per item and then after that it’s 33 cents per packet of sauce!Ridiculous even if I was told at the drive-throughThat they were only allowed to give out one sauce per item I would leave. Obviously all of the employees get unlimited taco sauce this is so embarrassing.I think it was more so the bad customer service after she asked for more hot sauce. I really cannot believe I’m leaving a bad review about s***** customer service and a limit to hot sauce at a Taco Bell.

Well, the food is about what you’d expect. I personally always recieve wonderful service from the lady’s there. But for some reason my husband does not. Bro yelling out profanity to the customers in drive thru. That’s so sad that an employee would be allowed and encouraged to act that way… especially since he’s just a kid. Parents check your teens. Or else we have to.

The chicken was burnt. We drove from Osage beach to Eldon because we was craving KFC. All we done was waste $23.00 on food, didn’t even get what we ordered. How can you mistake a wing for a leg. One is white meat the other is dark meat. Wasn’t worth the 2 gals of gas to drive there and back.
