Visiting this place was a quick last minute stop for me. I had the new summer slushy 2 weeks prior from the drive thru at a different location and wanted one this day. I asked for only mango they gave me mango and whatever red flavor mixed. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I ordered. I kept it bc I usually don’t send food back unless it’s disgusting. It was pretty tidy inside and the bathroom was clean.

I love chicken strip basket but most of the time the gravy is runny like soup. Or they don’t have any.They messed up on your order and you pay more. Just ordered no gravy again.

Sat in line forever with only one car ahead of me. Got a cotton candy blizzard and the thing was like soup within a few minutes in my air conditioned car. They need to thicken it up or something like Culver’s.

Right by my house so I will go to this one. Great food and ice cream is always made well! Sometimes it can be hit or miss with the chicken strips. At times it tastes like oil like they needed to change it. Sometimes it’s not very hot/fresh. This has happened just a few times. Staff are always nice and friendly. One time I had a coupon that was not applied. The manager fixed it right then and there. I got home and saw there were just two charges and no refund. She said it might take a couple of days with the card or bank you use. But I’d I didn’t see the refund in 2-3 days to come back in and she’d reimburse with me cash. Handled it well! Overall happy with this DQ.

I went through drive-thru and everything was going very well. I got my chicken sandwich and much to my dismay, it was raw. It’s very bothersome to think that they could be giving out raw chicken for people to eat and lead to people getting salmonella. They need to more careful and cook their food throughly. Needs improvement. Very unsafe.
